Los caballos poco a poco van aterrizando en Tokio y los atletas también. Hoy recordamos la lista de los 60 inscritos en el mayor evento mundial del deporte: Los Juegos Olímpicos.
De los 60 inscritos, habrán 15 equipos compuestos por tres jinetes , es decir 45 jinetes defendiendo su bandera por equipos, mientras que 15 jinetes lo harán de manera individual.
Como bien se sabe, el Gran Premio se dividirá en dos jornadas: el primer día el 24 de Julio, y el segundo el Domingo 25 de julio, con 30 combinaciones compitiendo cada día. Para los equipos, no hay nota descarte, por lo que las tres combinaciones de cada nación deben completar el Gran Premio para que el equipo tenga la oportunidad de avanzar al Gran Premio Especial. Sólo los mejores ocho equipos pasaran al GPS. (la suma de las tres notas)
Un total de 24 jinetes (8 equipos) competirán en el Gran Premio especial con música el 27 de julio. Al final de dicha prueba se concederán las medallas por equipos. De los 15 jinetes individuales, ninguno de ellos competirá en el Gran Premio Especial.
Las medallas individuales se decidirán entre 18 combinaciones en la Kur Freestyle el miércoles 28 de julio. Las 18 parejas se habrán clasificado en el Gran Premio
